The Ellis decK Tarot
My first Tarot project (as well as my first epicly-long project to complete!) The Ellis decK was simultaneously a study of the Tarot as well as a chance to add my voice to a medium that had left a huge impression on me. During my residency at the Moon Mansion, I had learned to read the Tarot from artist Ashley Bellamy, and amidst my studies, the desire to create a deck of my own had erupted. As an aspiring comic artist and cartoonist, the chance to make something narrative, but mysterious was irresistible.
